I would like to learn from experienced users about bluetooth car kits to use with my BB 7290. Any pit falls? What are the best equipments available at this time, knowing that replacing my car audio system is not an option... Thanks for your enlightened input.. PL

Go For a parrot - it will have the highest possible compatibility and they are good quality. You will need to order and optional speaker for it unless you have a certain vehicle than can connect natively.

The best you are going to get via 7290 is essentially a speakerphone so you might as well look at the basic setups. If plans include a newer handheld then you can take advantage of some kit features in the future.
