I've eard that there is a App that we can put on our blackberry that will count the amount of data use does anyone know this kind of software and where I can find it?

One does not exist for the Blackberry.

There is no application to track data usage on a blackberry.

And your end all wisdom should just end the idea of a data tracker for a BB? If he checks in the aftermarket software forum, there are some enthusiastic programmers, that with this idea in their head, might want to find a solution for a data tracker.

I was just trying to save someone from searching through 37 pages of posts only to find nothing. This question gets asked almost weekly, and there are no answers. There are even app idea/suggestion threads in the Aftermarket forum with this idea in them.
I am even looking at the possibilty of writing such an app myself.

You know RIM could do it if they wanted to so now hopefully a person can figure it out. The people on the Rogers network would eat that program up with their not so unlimited BB plans.
