The scroll does not click in, it scrolls fine but you have to use the ENTER key to get into applications, works fine as a phone and can manage all your contacts. I'm sure if you can figure it out you can open it and fix the push in scroll. I bought a 7130e after this one had problems. I'm happy to meet in K-W or GTA.
