I am being creative in my thoughts and thought of something practical and useful to attach further use to my bb. Try it, its fun

I edited that post after I wrote it, because I felt bad. guess i didn't get it soon enough.

i don't think the mirror is a bad idea, i just don't see how it's possible with the 8700

Lol. Maybe this will work.

And I have used mine as a flashlight. Works rather well.

I like it, a mirror screen saver complete with ultra violat rejection. Then you would see more stars carry BB for an easy place to do a couple of lines... Talk about the all purpose device!

You all may laugh, but when I had a Palm a few years back there was exactly this little app that turned the palm into a mirror. I didn't have to use it for boogers, but it did come in handy.

I use my BB as a flashlight at night all the time because I stay up late and I need a light to see where I put things. Comes in real handy.

I love this thread! Actually, I remember there being such an application for The iPaq (Pocket PC) back when I used one. I imagine it would be possible for the BB.

Fortunately, many of us Texans are much more gentlemanly and less rude than that!

Wink

I apologize for bringing this discussion back on track, however ...

I'm fairly sure that most of the LCD mirrors in use today are "Reflective LCDs" which are comprised of an LCD panel affixed to a reflective mirror. Each pixel may be turned off or on, allowing the light to pass through the LCD panel and be reflected off the mirror.

For a BBMirror app to work, RIM would have to start using Reflective LCDs in their handhelds.
