Has anybody had any luck with voice dialing. When I say "call" it recognizes the word and asks me for the name or number. But when I say a name or number it cannot get it right. It's bizarre.

Say "CALL MATT" (or what ever you have the name stored as),,, works like a charm..

I know the concept. It's just that it doesn't seem to recognize my voice. I say "Call Jennifer" (my wife) and it doesn't even list her.

Could it be because she's listed more formally in my address book?

Yes. You must say it exactly as it is listed.

Indeed you are correct. Unfortunately, I have most of my contacts listed in outlook with a title (e.g. "Mr. X") This will make life tough.

I guess I can create little "cheats" in the address book, huh?
