Trying to setup the syncs.
Using win2k, outlook, exchange server, BES for redirect. and 4.0 Desktop Man.
Unable to get contacts onto the BB.
When selecting addressbook, outlook is not available as a translator, only have 3 options, ASCII, Lotus, Netscape
Calendar syncs fine, but is using BB Wireless as translator
Memo and Tasks are the same as addressbook, No outlook for translator.
email works also

Have tried the BB on another computer, all 4 show up with outlook as translator, and syncs are good

any ideas, thanks

Resolution used: use the BB on the computer that it does work on
