Default Pearl and Pocket Express

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone has their Pocket Express working with subscriptions on the Pearl. The 411 and movies pages....
Their Customer Service is telling me it is not compatible and has no ETA on resolving it.

I use it all the time. Everything works for me. The issue I have is that Pocket Express does not respond to all trackball movements. It only excepts the up/down as it was only for the trackwheel. Other then that, all is fine.

The subscription parts work for you as well, or are you still in the 14 day trial period?
Also have you figured out how to get to the old submenu. For example go into (9) Blog and how does one update only this channel?

I update each channel by being within that channel then either pushing the menu key or the trackball to bring up the menu with "update channel" option.

Yes most channels allow this, but I cannot seem to do this for the blog (9) channel, which is key as it also updates your subscription information.
Are you still within the 14 day trial period, or beyond and working well?
Thanks for the help. Handmark is horrible at providing support.

I am not within my 14 day trial. I have been subscribing to Pocket Express for a few years. I have been using it on all my devices (Treo's and Blackberry). I am not sure what the issue is. I don't personally use the blog.
