this is the 3rd day with my blackberry pearl, and I have the voice plan plus internet plan, the internet worked perfectly the first day I got my phone. Now it just suddenly stopped working, I can't even click the Internet Icon now, has anyone else experienced this problem? Btw I installed mini opera and ramble if that has to do with anything.. any advice is appreciated thanks.

Assuming you have T-Mo, call 800-937-8997 and ask for the BB dept.

Do a hard reset on your phone or battery pull (wait 10 seconds). Should fix your problem.

make sure your apn settings are pointed to wap.voicestream.com in options... settings.... advanced... tcp..... i believe.
