Anyone experiencing getting an error "Data connection refused" on Cingular data plan? I am on the phone with Cingular and they are telling me there is a outage but can't tell me which region/part.....

Yes, I have. Most peculiar, but it seems to resolve after a few seconds and connect to EDGE.

It was down here for me in Austin, TX on two different devices. One has come back up, but the other one, a poor Treo 650 w/BBC still has not connected.

I called and they said it was a nationwide outage affecting only "some" users.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7290/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

I had it at LGA in New York, but it seems fine now.

I am in Austin, TX and I haven't noticed any issues this morning. Emails seems to be flowing fine.

I'm having problems in Boston. Cingular CS says it's resolved now, but I'm still stuck on GPRS.

Just activated a customer and had some issues with getting BB EDGE to connect. Finally did after 30 mins.

Perform a hard reset and then resend your Service books if it doesnt connect to EDGE

Cingular told me it was "nationwide"...however, I support 1200+ devices and only heard of complaints from one user in east Texas.
