Default My Faves is gone

Please Login to Remove!

I installed the .64 update on my wife's pearl, unlocked all of the themes. I think I did everything the same way I did mine (don't recall exactly, though).

She no longer has 'my faves' (show/hide) from the home page. It isn't listed in the full application menu. I can't even find the 'my faves icons' folder on the preloaded memory. There are some new icons (man in red shirt, woman in blue jacket, etc.).

I suspect I've done something to mess up my T-Mobile status, maybe the phone thinks it belongs to a different carrier. Unfortunately, she relies on my faves.

Any ideas are appreciated, I could find anything in my search.

Have you tried reregistering it by going to Options / Advanced / Host Routing Table, clicking the menu button and selecting Register Now? That could request the My Faves Service Book(s).

This was talked about before and a search would have found that you need to sign on to your my-t-mobile web site and edit your myfaves wich will send an update to your phone and get everything working for you again....

Thanks, great help.

I don't need to be told to search, however, thank you.

I searched.

Yeah, a little. Difficult to repress when one gets chastized despite his best efforts.

Anyway, FWIW, this does solve the issue. I edited one fave name on the t-mobile account and that lone 'fave' reappeared, along with four blanks. I don't know if adding those four via the phone would have worked (I assume it would have), but I just edited the names of each of the remaining four and they were sent/updated to the phone.
