Default Searched but can't find ( Address Book )

When someone calls you and you go to their number in the call click, click the trackwheel, and choose "Add to Address Book", how come it automatically defaults to the number as a "Work" number?

Is there a way for it to default to Mobile? Or so you can choose which to save it as? Its stupid how it automatically puts the number in the mobile section. Then you have to type it into the "mobile" section, go back up to the work section, and delete it. There has to be a way around this!

That was worded pretty bad upon re-reading it, and sounded confusing.

Basically, someone calls and their number is in the call log. You want to add them to your address book. When you click that option, it defaults the number as a "work" number. Is there a way around this so you can choose how you want to save it?
