From what I can see the extended batteries are not yet available from RIM. We got the standard ones in about two weeks ago so we're hoping that the extended will follow soon. I will post here once we have some on hand.

Just FYI, the door on the 8703 is the same as the 8700G except for the color. Black vs a very cool dark blue. Not that there are any extended battery doors for the 8700g yet but they may arrive before the 8703.

Right now all of the extended kits (using the CH2) are on BackOrder from RIM... no word on any time table
