Default What's the botton on the back do?

Please Login to Remove!

At the bottom of the back is a little odd shaped hole and a rectangular silver button flanked by 2 copper colored things. What are these for (the instructions don't say)?

That rectangular button flanked by 2 copper colored things as you like to call it is for the desktop charger available from RIM.

The silver button holds the battery door on. You push that while sliding the door up. The 2 copper contacts are for charging the battery while in the OEM desktop cradle.

Thanks. While I'm at it what's the hole to the left of the charging contacts for, and the little semicircle hole below the camera button on the right side.

That is the TIME WARP button. Just hit a date and time onto the display, click your heals twice, and then press that button. Works everytime.

It is all covered by the warranty ;). If you get hurt, you will get free treatment in BB Hospital and a new BB Pearl as a reward.

A lanyard? What pencilnecked geek got that idea approved? It had to be the bosses son. I remember getting an ipod case with a lanyard included. For a 60gb Ipod no less.
