Hey Guys, I'm With T-mobile And I'm Experiencing The Same Problem And I Even Went Back To The Store And The Manager Who Has A Pearl As Well Couldn't Figure Out What Was Going On So I Called Tech Support And They Couldn't Either So I Gave Up. The Only Way I Can Receive Stuff Via Bt Is Thru My Laptop So I Transfer Stuff From My Other Cellphone Via Bt To The Laptop And Then Laptop To Bb Via Bt. I Actually Posted A Few Coments About That And Haven't Had Any Luck. If U Guys Hear Something New Please Let Me Know. Thanx

What bluetooth stack? the MS Drivers built into Windows XP w/SP2? the Widcomm/Broadcom drivers, or Toshiba, or Bluesoliel, or???

From what I've been reading, the MS drivers work fine (less features), but Widcomm do not...

You need to be in media folder first then menu key and scrolldown to receive using bluetooth..

So it goes like this from home screen.... Menu,Media, enter, choose your location and go into that folder, then menu key and scroll down to receive using bluetooth..

hope this helps, I am on TMO V 4.2.0.42

Do you know how to transfer contacts from a mobile phone via bluetooth?

I can go into the media folder and accept the connection but the transfer fails, probably something to do with the file type. Is there any other way of doing it direct from the phone? Im using a sony ericsson k610i.....

Cheers
