It's possible you could have a small problem with your Blackberry's Internet Service Service Book entries. One quick step you could try is going to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table, clicking the trackwheel and selecting "Register Now". Then back up one screen and check under "Service Book" to check to see if you have service book entries in the device.
If present then try accessing your internet home page again. If that doesn't work, then go into your Internet Browser, click on the track wheel and go to Options and check under "Browser Configuration" to see if your home page is listed and/or spelled correctly. Check any other configurations there while you're at it and then try again.
If this still does not work and if you were unsuccessful retrieving the BIS service books, you can try doing a pin to pin test by going to Options, Status, highlight your pin code and clicking the track wheel to select "Copy Pin". Go into your Messages icon, click the trackwheel and choose "Compose Pin", click the trackwheel again and PASTE your pin code in the TO: field. Put "hello" in the subject line and then click the trackwheel to SEND.
If the pin message did not come back then contact your carrier's Blackberry Help Desk Support Line and inform them of your issue and that your blackberry cannot pin to pin and they should be able to make the necessary adjustments to your account to help correct the issue.
