Slight correction to juwaack68's post - you can't sync public folders wirelessly. If you're willing to sync with Desktop Manager, you can sync as many Contacts folders as you want. Desktop Manager had problems with this in version 4.0, but they were fixed in 4.1.

If you want to sync wirelessly, I'd suggest giving all the contacts in the Public Folder a Category, export them to a PST, and then Import them to the standard Contacts folder.

The reason for giving them a category is so that from time to time you can easily segregate them in the Contacts folder, delete all the entries, and then re-import to get rid of non existent entries.

*EDIT* Multiple people were trying to sync to the same public folder contacts and this is when it messed up.

I cannot sync to a public folder using Desktop Manager 4.1.1 ... I receive error:

"Unable to get data from Outlook or MS Exchange record. Lack of network access to MS Exchange Server can cause this problem. Retry and if the problem persists, please refer to the online help top ..."

Any ideas? I am using Link2exchange.com and they say that everything is fine on their end. They are now telling me that BB does not support wireless or wired syncing to public folders.

I have a 7130c and the Intellisync software that came with it syncs with Exchange Public Folders beautifully. Just make sure you turn off Cached Exchange mode.
