I now understand why so many people are so passionate about blackberrys. I just purchased my first one last week and I admit it, I'm hooked. (My name is Sam and I'm addicted, lol). I spent some time looking through a lot of older postings and came to the realization that I really need to learn a lot. So this newbie sends out greetings to those who have already seen the light. I plan on visiting this site often as there obviously are some real experts here.
So here are my first couple of questions.
I tried using the speakerphone on my 8703e in my car yesterday and it's not easy to hear. Is there anything I can do about this? (fyi, If there is, I would really need specific instructions, see newbie status as stated above, lol). I also purchased a car mount from the verizon store and I don't really like it for two reasons. One, I hit a bump and my blackberry fell out. Two, it's too big and blocks out a portion of the back speaker making it even more difficult to use the speakerphone. I wanted to see if anyone has any opinions on another mount. The Seidio G4100S Car Kit for the 8700 looks interesting.
