Contacts become sorted incorrectly. Basically...any contacts will be sorted to a Lastname, Firstname basis.

If you have a group called "Company Rep" it will be sorted into a format of "Rep, Company" or vice versa. It will only sort one way or the other, it doesn't seem to transfer all contacts however you have them sorted, it looks like it picks the majority and sorts them all this way. Has anyone else come across this?

I know about that feature, but I think it may have more to do with how some people have their outlook address books sorted. This is not a widespread problem, but i have noticed it with 1-3 contacts after each upgrade or so.

Maybe because they don't have a lastname field in the addy book?
