I am using Exchange 2003, W2K3 and Small Business BES. Within the past 2 weeks or so I have lost the ability to e-mail a specific recipient - only this recipient, mind you. All my other contacts have been working just fine. If I e-mail the recipient from OWA it goes through no problem but times out if sent from handheld. The message doesn't even show up in the Exchange logs.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there one of the log files that shows the e-mail transactions with the recipient name?

When you send, does it put a sent item on your BB? Does it have a little red X or a check mark? Turn all your logging up to lvl 4 and you might be able to find it..

Umm... yes, it does show as sent but times out approximately 1 to 2 hours after initial send time. Even though the handheld shows sent successfully (checkmark) the e-mail doesn't hit my Exchange server (can't find in Message Tracking logs) - but any other recipient does show, almost immediately.

Could you be so kind as to remind me as to how to up the logging level? I am drawing a blank..

Use the BlackBerry Server Configuration tool on your BES and go to the logging tab.
