BES email synching worked, then didn't...

Our BES admin recently added me to the BES server, and my inbox on the Exchange server and in the 'Messages' folder on my BB were in synch. I deleted an email on my work computer (outlook) and within a few minutes it was off my BB device. Great!
Then I added a BIS personal email account and installed the desktop manager software on my home computer for (home computer) outlook contacts, calendar, tasks, etc to populate my BB.
Now my work email (BES) is not synching between the BB device and my work Inbox. For example, I delete 5 emails from my work computer (exchange inbox) and they do NOT get deleted from my BB 'Messages' folder. It takes too much effort to delete unwanted email items off my Outlook AND the same email from the BB device.
Did the desktop manager change some setting(s) for reconciliation? On my device - wireless recon is On.
Any thoughts?
