i am having problems trying to sync my emails.. i have deleted all my emails on my 7100 BB and when i try to sync with the reconcile email box ticked it does not add the emails that i have on my outlook. i am running a BES 4.1 on exchange.......
What you are asking for is called "pre-population". Without removing your char from the BES and re-adding, there is no way to force a propopulation. Sorry.
