Default Profile Silent on 8700G with TMO service

Please Login to Remove!

I just noticed all the incoming calls went to voice mail today when I had the profile set as "Silent".

Is it the way it supposes to be? Or it is TMO service in So Cal having issues?

Thanks

Check if you had "don't dusturb" mode activated? This mode registers what nimber calls you and then forwards call into your VM.

I believe I had it checked on. I disabled it after I noticed all my calls show as "missed call".

Thanks.

How would you know that calls were coming in on the Silent profile unless you set it to vibrate (which is really the intended purpose of the Vibrate profile)? Or are you saying that calls went straight to voicemail? My BB has the factory default alerts for the Silent profile and it won't alert me at all (hence all calls will go to voicemail as it won't ring).

In profiles >Edit >phone at the bottom of the phone page below in holster, out of holster, etc. there is a "do not disturb" option. If you set that to yes the phone will not ring and will send calls directly to vm.

The caller info shows on my screen regardless the profile I select.
