Yes, its all logged, but how easy it is to research is a little different... I see VERY easy to read logging of all phone calls on our instances of BES 4.1.2. (Our PIN and SMS logs are empty...but that's because people here rarely, if every, use PIN and SMS.)
For web browsing, the MDAT log shows all the URL's accessed via the BES along with the PIN...in this format (all the italics are where I've x'd out identifying info):

So, yes, they can figure out what you've been browsing, but they need to research by PIN number and go back and associate the PIN number with an individual.
