bes 3.6 enterprise - small business

we recently downloaded the bes 4.1 express server package for a client of ours. According to the installation, it appears to be an all in one package to install express, or enterprise.etc

Being that we have a small business enterprise version, can we just upgrade the server with this package to 4.1? will it still be considered small business? or express?

I know that the cals will be accepted and we do not need any new srp or licensing for the upgrade...

I am applying sp7 now to our bes 3.6

Anyone help me out and let me know if this is going to be a simple upgrade or if it won't work?

BES Express 4.1 is in fact a small-medium enterprise business version. I don't think there is any issue upgrading it. However, it is stated that this software is for a single user license setup, I would verify this with your service provider if I were you before the actual upgrade.
