Anyone know of a way to resize pictures to 240 X 260 to use as wallpaper? Couldn't find a thread on this.

You can do it with just about any graphics software. I use PhotoShop CS.

Speaking of photo specs for wallpaper, what is the best resolution (DPI) to use?

You can also use the BB itself to re-size pictures to use as backgrounds. I have downloaded a few that are smaller than 240 X 260. All I do is open them using media to display them on the screen. Then I select the BB key and select zoom. I use the trackball to zoom the picture till it fills the screen then again hit the BB key and select "set as home screen image". It will use the picture as it is currently set, not the smaller size filling the home screen. Sometimes if the picture was not a "good quality" it might get a little grainy. But you will see that before you set it as the home screen.

this is one of the best things the BB does for itself. at least on the list of non-critical functions I use it all the time 'cause I'm too lazy to resize all the pix I like to use.

The link above that BigFrost posted works great! All the pics that I resized look great on the phone and have kept their clarity!

I use opera all the time. How do I find the image link website?

Try this: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

Its windows XP image resizing tool. Works pretty good.

when you see an image on a webside thru opera you can select it and visit the link and it will give you option to stretch or shrink it.
