Hi,
I'm hoping you clever people can fix what our technical chaps can't!
I had a 7730 with 3.7 software on it (in the UK) and it had shortcut capability on the main menu (M gets you to mail etc...).
I have now got another 7730 from another supplier (with 3.7) and it is identical in every way in looks and operation except that the main menu shortcuts don't work.... Do you know how to switch it on?

Wow - I haven't answered this question since Sunday.
Go into Phone / Options / General Options and set "Dial From Home Screen" to no.
The shortcuts will now work from the home screen.
