Default Unable to connect Blackberry Pearl with Bluetooth

Please Login to Remove!

I am having trouble pairing my Motorola H500 bluetooth headset with my Pearl. The Pearl will recognize the headset in the bluetooth setup, but once I select the headset it will ask me to enter a numeric passkey, once I do this it will say "Unable to Pair with Motorola H500." Can anyone tell me how I can solve this problem?

I just kind of randomly picked 4 numbers, is a specific code supposed to be used for bluetooth headsets?

I've had 3 different motorolas and they all used 0000. It should say in the instruction manual, though. If you don't have one (and you want one) go to the motorola website. There are also instructions for pairing there too.

Hello!. I have the 8100, and I just got the h500 bluetooth. I have it paired, passcode and all set up. When I make a call however, it works fine on the phone itself but nothing comes through the h500. I have hit the wheel and chose activate bluetooth and all but still nothing. I can hit the call button on the h500 and it places my call on hold and dials it again. Just no sound. Yes the volume is also up all the way.. Any ideas? I would apreciate any suggestions

Thank you!
