I'm having a problem with a couple of users that have been renamed on the BES for Groupwise 4.0.5. We have an external domain that we can see to get the addressbook in groupwise. On that external domain there are two users that have the same userid as two of my BES users and now in the list of users it has renamed my two BES users to the names of the two external domain users. clear as mud??? Is there any way to fix this and prevent it from happening again?
I checked with our groupwise admin and the external domain hasn't had anything done to it to make these users more visable.
