I want to start a thread for the reasons people did exchanges:
1. Squeaky keys.
2. Marks on the photos you take using the camera feature.
3. No Earpiece sound.
4. Broken/chipped off ring that holds the trackball - the silver pastic chrome one.

I exchanged because my 'escape' key didn't seem to function properly. It seemed a bit loose at times and at other times, it stuck. Being that it is probably one of the most used keys, I figured the problem would only get worse and it wouldn't correcte itself, so I returned the phone for a new one.

I had to exchange my first one because the clock would always fall behind.
I tried using "network", "blackberry" and "none" time, upgraded the firmware, reinstalled all the software and nothing helped.
