I'm using BIS, through OWA to get my business e-mail. Yesterday, I started receiving e-mails on both my BB and laptop from blackberry.net that contain "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server."

This just started yesterday (I've been using this configuration for about 4 months). I have not updated BB desktop, the redirector is turned off, and while I'm sure I did something, I don't know what it is.

No - I'm on the BIS only plan at Cingular so that shortcut isn't available.

Now for something even more strange - I haven't received one for about an hour now. They were coming about every 15 minutes (53 of them just last night between when I put the bb down, and when I woke up this morning). I was just about to resend the service books.

This happened to me too right after I added a new e-mail address. It lasted about 24 hours for me.

I have the same issue on tmobile with BES, however i do get it related to my private email account not the company one. I tried resending books, i also removed account and created again. Nothing helped.
