I assume you set everything up on BIS?

I have one from godaddy as well. Under the "Advanced" option, the Port is set to 995. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

You might try resending the service books and removing the battery from the BB. that seems to cure a lot of ills.

When you said "added the email address to your BB" do you mean via BIS?

I had a similar problem. The issue in my case was the username. When you log in you need to have the whole e-mail address as the username; that is, "myname@mydomain.com," not just "myname."

If that doesn't work, I found the support people at godaddy.com to be great and very quick to respond. (I have no connection to godaddy.com except as a satisfied customer.)

If outlook is opened and you dont receive them, then outlook is removing them from the server. there is a setting somewhere (can't remember where exactly, maybe look under options) to leave messages on server. if that is not checked, then when outlook is opened, they remove them from the server before bis could check.

and that 10 minute delay is normal. bis actually checks every 10-15 minutes, unlike every 2-3 like outlook.

Advanced - Look at the bottom - "leave a copy of messages on server"
Click the box
Remove after - put in however long you wish. I have mine set for 2 days.
