So am I to assume that for the Pearl fans of the BB Dimension Today Plus can't get it so that the date on the calendar for the home screen can only be in European format? No one has made this custom theme to be in US date format?????????

Interesting question!
Is there a patch for the extend daylight time for US phone carriers? (Remember to manually set your BB clock ahead this weekend!)

Most carriers have released the BB DST patch on their sites .. if you can't find it there then visit RIM's site for it. It takes care of all this for you .. no need to set clocks manually.

To the best of my knowledge, we are stuck with the European format for now.

After all this time, no modder has been able to fix this minute issue? If this was a Motorola phone, this would have been taken care of two weeks of the release of the phone!

I guess there must not be that many people who like the style theme. I love it b/c it shows my messages and calendars right away, I dont have to scroll and press any button. I wish I could remove the call log and replace it with tasks, but since the euro date issue is still an issue, I doubt anyone has figured out how to arrange the alignment of those three applications

The theme was created by rim and compiled by them. I don't know of .cod decompiler... or something we can take to make these into hex or other format. I think there are big differences between the motorola and blackberry. For one the moto runs linux... and the blackberry runs on java.

I don't think anyone technical enough has come along and has a newer blackberry. Wait until the iphone comes out.. that will be hacked in hours...

If you like the today themes, try the vodafone today.. it has the correct date format on the screen and works well without "vodafone" branding on it.
