Default Exchange My Mail is DOWN!

Please Login to Remove!

Any other memebers having a problem. I received an email yesterday that they were making a move to a new datacenter and it was supposed to happen last night. Looks like something went WRONG. I can not connect to my exchange mail, I can not log in to EMM account via web interface and when I called the phone number on the main page, it just give static!!!!!!

I am in realestate and the weekends are BIG for me and just wanted to know if other members of the forum are having the same issues?

Please Exchange My Mail get something up and running and at least get your phone line working.

Default More fussing

Just to let someone at Exchange My Mail know, my email and faxes all come in to this account and I am waiting on a fax from a client now? Please get this back up ASAP!

The phone number now works and I left a message with their after hours message service. I also put in a support ticket on the web site.

Typically big moves do not go well and they are usually underplanned. I just wish they would have us up on the old system and test before moving us to the new. If this was just a Hardware move to a new location then we are hosed until they can fix these problems.

Default Still down

Having to leave WITHOUT being able to send out mail or received! Hopefully when I get back in a couple of hours they will be up. Anyone else using them and having a problem or just not that many people using Exchange My Mail.

I had searched on this forum before I signed up with them a few months back and they seemed to be well liked and up to now I have loved this service.

BTW - If you do not have BES then I believe that you are missing a great advantage of the BB. Full sync of email, contacts, calander, tasks both directions. I have NEVER cradled my BB since I originally set it up.

Any input from other EMM (Exchange My Mail) users?

YOu must be lucky then. 8:08 AM here in Arizona and nothing is working for me. So we are now 4 hours past the time things were supposed to be back up and they clearly are not.

Obviously they are having MAJOR issues, however it would be nice if they at least put something up on their website telling us what went wrong and what they are doing about it.

Everything started working again about 20 minutes ago or so. A 4 hour down time became 11 hours. Not good! At least everything is back up and running now...let's hope it stays that way.

This kind of thing happens. I'm a link2excange customer, and they have an outage long enough to get on your nerves about once a year.

On the other hand, I could deal with Cingular and have them get on my nerves constantly.

Default All is well

I know that this all came back online earlier today as I had to go out with clients and at one point, my BB started receiving mail and faxes like crazy. I did receive a couple of emails from EMM appoligizing for the delay.

Wow I did not realize how much I NEED my email and on top of that my BB!!!

Thanks for getting it going EMM!
