Since the RIM fiasco Tuesday, three of my users on our BES (I hope it is only these three and others just haven't noticed yet) sync only works from outlook to the BB but not the other way around.

Steps taken so far

1. Wiped and reactivated - didn't fix
2. Rebooted BES - didn't fix
3. Wiped and reactivated after the reboot - didn't fix.

Suggestions?

Moderator should move this to the BES section. You will have more luck there.

Open desktop manager

Double click on Intellisync

click on config PIM

highlight on Address book

click on config at bottom of box

click on advance setting

click on Conflict Resolutions

put a dot on "Notify me when conflict occur"

click on "ok"

Do the same on other Handheld applications where you desire to synchronize all data both ways.

click on ok

click on synchronize now...

It should work....

I didn't mention we are completely wireless - no DTM.

However the fix was sending the service book, even though the server did it a few days ago. A mystery but it worked.
