Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7520/4.0.0 UP.Browser/5.0.3.3 UP.Link/5.1.2.12)
Probably because you only have 1 location setup. Add another location and you should stop getting the error message.

Yea mine seems to refresh every hour at 6 minutes before the hour. One odd thing that happened on Saturday is that once when I hit Refresh Weather the time came up as 8 minutes after the hour instead of the usual 6 minutes before. Later that day it went back to the usual time.

rta53,
The time shown on the weather is the last update time retrieved from weather.com. This is the time that the forcast was last updated by them, not the time that PocketDay retrieved it.
I haven't been able to re-create the weather switch issue yet...

Mark -
One thing I've noticed...
I have my Verizon voicemail (x86) along with the hard pauses and codes set up as a contact. I went into PD and added a dummy e-mail so I would be able to set up the voicemail contact as a speeddial. Everytime I try, I get to the "E-mail Voicemail" option, I select it, and the next screen freezes. In order to correct this I have to reboot the BB by removing the battery. I'm not sure if this is because PD doesn't recognize the x86HxxxHxxx as a real telephone number or not. Anything you can do about this?

Mark,
I know this may sound wierd but I have a request for a feature. I would like to have the option of setting a pre screen for pocketday. I have a number of pictures that I would like to have the option of seeing as the first thing when I remove my BB 7100t from its holster. After a second or two perhaps pocketday could then appear or perhaps the movement of the wheel/button could make it appear.
As I said perhaps a strange request as pocketday is meant to be an instance view of everything, but it would be nice to have a picture that has meaning to me as the first thing I see when I look at the BB.

You're right, it does sound wierd. Unless, of course, you are a female. Then it makes perfectly good sense.

Quick question about the weather feature.
Think this is updating every half hour or so but wondered about how much data is downloaded each refresh or over a 24 hour period?
I'm sure it's quite small but wondered if it's worth switching it off when my measly monthly allowance is used up.
Cheers

matchkin,
The actual amount of weather data is very very small. There are no images transferred, etc, just test. I would estimate (I've never measured it) that over a 24 hour period it might consume 5K.
Most BlackBerry plans have unlimited data doesn't yours?

Thanks for that.
No unlimited data I'm afraid, I get unlimited emails but only a tiny 512kb a month data allowance and suspect that the weather download uses this.
With this in mind would it be possible to define how often the weather updates as you can with the stocks?
Thanks in advance

Now I'm gonna have to spend the rest of the day seeing which font combinations work with the colours I picked
By the way would it be possible to map a short cut key to lock the phone or is this not possible with the access you get to the system?
Cheers

Mark,
Thanks for the new version. However, in the past all my recurring calendar entries would show up as little dots in the month view. No dots are seen now, although when I scroll over the days the entries are there. Also when I was scrolling up through the days using the alt key and the wheel I got this message: Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException.

Has anyone been successful in mapping a key to the bluetooth function using Pocketday's key mapping feature?
Bluetooth is an option in the key mapping configuration menu, but when I map it to a key and then hit that key when in the summary page, I get the following error:
"Uncaught exception: DSC"
I was hoping Pocketday might be the solution to the 7100s' lack of a keyboard shortcut to bluetooth. (What the heck was RIM thinking in removing this shortcut on the 7100s)
Thanks for the great program, I will definitely be purchasing once my trial period expires.

Yeah I'm getting this as well, I scroll to the top with the wheel, the year is highlighted then if I go any further I get the error. I'm using a 7100t.
Cheers

The string I use is x86W#Wxxxx#.
The W's are hard pauses (to allow me to continue entering data by only clicking the trackwheel) and the xxxx string is the voicemail password.
Any thoughts?

When I chose delete from the main menu, it asks for confirmation, is there a way to incorporate an option to delete from the BES server like in the regular email delete options. I find this quite useful, especially with SPAM.
Thanks,
Steve
