8800 activation problems on bes 4.1.3 22domino

Info: If you don't already know, when you have more than 1 BES sharing the Configuration DB (sql) and you attempt to activate a new user on the 2nd BES the system will put the srp of the first server listed on the users BB and not allow the activation to complete.
the workaround is to add the user to the bes, set the activation password
wait a few seconds, expire the password and reset the activation password.
