Was playing with a demo 8830 in the Verizon store today...I really like the default theme they have.

Is anyone able to extract it so I can use it on my Sprint 8703e?

Nope, it's built for the trackball not the trackwheel. It's also built for 4.2.x so it won't work under 4.1.0 on the 8703e.
