My laptop took a digger and until i repair or replace it i've had to fire up an old win 98 machine i had laying around. after loading the most recent version of the blackberry desktop that will install on win 98 my pearl will not connect at all. i dl'd the DCOM98 file as it says in the manual that came with my pearl but still no luck. anyone who may have a fix? iu would be very grateful.
