Default BES 4.1 Manager doesn't display users in admin program

Rim, currently looking at this issue for me.. anyone see where the bes admin pgroram 4.1.3 HF2, in exchange environment, isn't pulling up user information?
The manager program does display server info, even server stats, forwarded messages etc, stats change. I was even able to add a user, of-course I can't see the account afterwards to generate an activation password, but even that works. The manager program just doesnt' display user info.

All the basic stuff checked, hit clear in the admin program.. doing a search for 1 person doesnt' work.. Even tried re-strarting SQL server and that hasn't solved it. We haven't rebooted the server yet. This happens from all bes servers sharing this sql database... and even runnign bes admin from local workstation does the same thing. Rim is currently analyzing my database. Any ideas? Anyone see this before?

I'm sure you've already checked (sounds like you're looking here already & seeing nothing...), but have you:

Expanded BB Domain>Servers>YOUR BES SERVER
and clicked on the users tab?

thanks.. yes even hit clear... still nothing.. we have checked the dumb stuff.. nothing that we could find.

The issue has been identified, the SQL database is getting slammed. Root cause is unknown... this is not good. Highlest levlel of RIM support can't identify issue..

Are you sure that it's the BESMgmt DB thats getting slammed? Are you running any other DB's on the SQL server (assuming you're using SQL Svr and not MSDE)... I'd be looking at potential problems affecting the database before being ready to blame the BES, if I were you.
