ability to sort "all day events" in calendar

Does anyone know how the "all day events" are ordered by default in the daily view of bb calendar? I've tried to figure it out, but can't. I thought that if I could figure out how it sorts them, I could manually sort the entries, but it almost seems to be completely random.
On that note, I think it would be a huge improvement if you could drag and drop the "all day events" so that they could be sorted a la todoMatrix style.
