Hello All - New member here have a question for you all

Here goes my Company has decided to go to the BEZ and Blackberry solution ( finally )

I have the Nextel 7520 running the latest and greatest software and just upgraded it with nextels new software package.

We use Lotus Notes and the BEZ server - so I get my work stuff on my blackberry the way its supposed to work - so I can go into my mail and if I hit file I can see all my mail folders from my notes account and file the message ..

The issue I have is since I upgraded to the nextel software I added the webmail so I can get my POP mail also sent to my Blackberry along with my notes email form the bez server. Now if I go to the messages section and say file I only see a few folders I.E. In-box , trash , sent and a few WEB Mail folders ..

How can I get my notes mail folders back , I tried going to my Email prefer.. section and changing from web mail to desktop but still no folders....

Sorry if I am rambling but this is all new to me and my BEZ admin is not up to speed yet ...

Example :

I have gone through the enterprise activation already and have been receiving emails successfully. I se this after I turn on web mail !!!
However when I go to 'File' a message I can only see the following folders

-Web Client
-Web Client
-Inbox
-Draft
-Sent
-Trash

If I go to 'View Folders' ... I see the Company folders that I'm looking for

Can you tell me how to get back the Company folder view when I go to File a message?

This is a known issue, and has been discussed in these forums. Please search the forums and you will get the information you need.

Thanks - so I glad I am new and you make me feel so welcome - if I answered all my new memebers that way at my board I doubt they would stay around long enough to search for anything....
