Default Mp3 uploads...where?

Please Login to Remove!

Where can I get music that does not have DRM. I am new to MP3. I learned to convert my current music on my PC to MP3 but I would have never used an ipod or uploaded music from the net before....I found several MP3 sites, but I don't know if it is safe. Any assistance in entering this new world would be appreciated.

Default rip your CD's

you can rip your cd's
the new windows media player does it and they will play.
if you want mp3s from the net you can also try sharaza

if you want your drm's to play use tunebite

or if you burn the drm's to a audio disc then bring them back with the ripper the DRM is gone!

Download Bittorrent and then you can go on websites like Piratebay and download music and movies.

If your looking for particular songs use FrostWire, its much better than LimeWire and it's free! It also supports torrents for whole albums. Use this to search for torrents: TORRENTS | TO | Your BitTorrent Search

Limewire and the like are not illegal, per se. They allow you access to music provided you obtain the rights to the music on your own. So I ask you (and I won't drop a dime), Did you negotiate a rights agreement for your music?

I didn't think so. That knock on your door is the Justice Dept.

Re - Napster - I use it for my Zen V Plus and have no complaints. The Pearl is not compatible with their subscription music service (bummer). Any music you own and rip to MP3 format will work on the Pearl.

OK, please don't post any links to direct downloads of illegal music.

I don't agree with pirating copyrighted material (I have too many friends in the songwriting business/industry whose food you are taking off THEIR table) so keep it on the up and up, please.
