Question Vorino Clock / Screensaver... how is it

Please Login to Remove!

Just started using the pearl this week...and I wish it had a feature that when the screen light goes out... it would still tell me the time and missed messages.

I found this software online... Vorino Clock / Screensaver, for the RIM BlackBerry... however I noticed that in the description.. it says

"Screensaver mode can be enabled (Note that on 72xx/75xx devices, the clock will always be visible. With other devices, it will be visible as long as the backlight is on. Also note that if you use the screen lock, it will hide the clock)"
Now that means when the backlight goes out (mine is set to go out after 1 minute) the clock fades away; correct... then what is the point of this?

If I am not correct and the clock stays on the screen when the backlight fades away... I'm purchasing this tonight.

Thank you

If you'd like a free utility to keep the backlight on, do a search for BBLight. I haven't tried it myself, but have seen it in the forums a long time ago. If you try BBLight, keep your charger handy!

Cheers,
