Hi Guys,

We now have 4 curves at our place and they all work fine bar one. For some reason it will not allow for anyone to be added to its BB Messenger.

If I try and add the user it says pending in my screen but he never gets th request, if he sends a request the users never get it.

The other 3 have joined no problem.

What could this be?

Try adding by pin instead of email
