Why is the browser better on the 7290 compared to the 7100t?

I am considering either but not sure which to get.

Hmm - same browser. Screen size and brightness are different, but the browser is identical.

Is it a speed difference? I think both browsers are pretty slow

The browser is not slow. The network is slow. GPRS at top speeds will run at 30-40 kbps - dial up speeds. There are some threads with speed tests. Most people don't even get that.
