Yes but they are not unlocked and you have to activate it with AT&T vs. the unlocked ones, you can use it with other carriers.

you got pics? and close up ones please cause there is alot of those knock off iphones floating around, has features all the same as the iphone however one thing missing is the turn screen you know which ever way you turn the iphone it moves with you.
