Exclamation help please urgent

i did some thing and now i cant play any of my songs
IT SAIS (UNABLE TO DISPLAY FILE/MEDIACARD/BLACKBERRRY/RINGTONE)

Try pulling battery for 30+ seconds. See if that fixes it.

Also make sure the card hasnt moved in the Pearl.

i tried it but i think i deleted some things off of my pearl and after it wont play

UNPLUG it from the USB/PC, and check your songs again.

Do you still have a browser, etc.? There are known issues with plugging in the AT&T pearl to the desktop Manager without the OS installed to the computer as well. The browser disappears, help files, etc. You may very well have to reload the OS.

If it was the actual song sample that comes pre-loaded in the device then that should not matter. Try connecting your bb back to your pc, copying all the files to your desktop, reformat the card in your bb, then transfer all the files back. See if that works.

did you UNPLUG from the USB yet? media on the SD card will not appear on the BB, viewing from the BB, while plugged into the USB cord--IF Mass Storage Mode is enabled.

eyon, you can download OS from your carrier. You'll need to install on your PC. Alternately you may use a newer OS version from another carrier. See these links for info:
