I need to the get refid of a message on pearl I was told to hold down the alt button and type "view" but what happens is a reply to mail.

any ideas, it works fine on a 8700

It's the Suretype that is throwing you off... TYPE

ALT CV(hit key twice) UI(Hit key twice) E(Hit key once) QW(hit key twice)
