I have a verizon 8830 and i was wondering how do to play my own videos on my phone? i tried to convert a video file into mp4 format and drag the mp4 file to my mirco sd. However, when i tried to play the mp4 there is an error and it doesn't work. Can someone tell me how to do this?

And also..i also tranfered a pdf e book on to the mirco SD card, but i can't find a way to open it.

You can't open PDF files from the SD card.

Email the PDF e-book to yourself. You can then open the file. as long as it's not too big.
