Hi Every one,

On some of phones there is an option to add a number directly to the contact from the dialed/received list but i dont see that option on the BB Pearl.

if i have a contact in the address book,if he calls me up from his new number i want to update that to his contact in the address book directly from the phone list but when i go into the phone list the options which are available are Copy and Add To Address book.

If i select Copy then i have to go into the address book,open the contact ,clk on edit and then paste this new number and if i select add to address book it opens up a new contact.

Is there a way that i can directly update someones contact number from the dialed/received list to the address book.

I am not on BES and dont have a data plan but i have "edge"

I had been looking for this option too initially but I don't believe it is there. It wasn't on my 8700, 8100 and isn't on my 8320. Sorry.

Is there any 3rd party application which will help to do this?
